I'm glad I chose Haven Care to care for my Dad. The process to get started was very easy and the team explained in great detail what we could expect. They listened to what our concerns were, and gave us suggestions to prevent any mishaps at home. The staff that are assigned to us are very caring and thorough. Always arriving on time, cheerful, and occasionally working overtime to complete the final task. Haven Care provides an outstanding service. I would definitely recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

We were recently in the position of requiring help for my elderly mother following surgery. Trish, I would like you to know that we have been very satisfied with the professional manner in which your company has provided Nina and me with home care services, particularly with the quality of the helper you provided. Iris has provided excellent meals and has been a tremendous help to Nina and me in settling into our New Zealand home. We especially appreciate her work in purchasing groceries, etc. Iris did a lot in three hours a day! Iris has been a cheerful presence in our home, and Nina and I, plus our dogs Man Man and On On, will miss her.

This service is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have used it myself. As an ex Nurse I know what great care looks like, and they deliver it. The care staff are FANTASTIC and will do whatever you want them to do ie: take you out for coffee or shopping, do household chores, crafts etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing companionship and care.

Management of this company are extremely caring and keep in touch with you. They may phone you, email you or drop in to visit you.
