Chosen for Kindness

Our companions are chosen for their warmth, empathy and ability to build genuine relationships, so visits feel natural, comfortable and enjoyable.

Family Peace of Mind

Supporting one person often means supporting a whole family. We keep communication open and work in partnership with you every step of the way.

When companionship might help

  • Your loved one spends much of the day on their own.
  • They would enjoy regular company and conversation.
  • They have stopped doing the things they once enjoyed.
  • Family can't always be there.
  • They need support to get to appointments, shopping and outings.
  • Everyday tasks are becoming more difficult.

What companionship can look like

A morning with Haven Care

Anne's companion arrives mid-morning, and they start the day catching up over a cup of tea. Using her walking frame, Anne enjoys a gentle walk to the local fruit shop and butcher to pick up a few groceries, with her companion nearby for reassurance and support.

Back home, they prepare lunch together while chatting about family and plans for the week. After lunch, Anne's companion changes the bed linen, puts on a load of washing and helps with a few jobs around the house. Before the visit ends, they have a quick game of Scrabble and then make a video call to Anne's granddaughter.

Every visit is different, but each one is about helping people continue enjoying everyday life with confidence, connection and the support of someone they know and look forward to seeing.

This service is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have used it myself. As an ex Nurse I know what great care looks like, and they deliver it. The care staff are FANTASTIC and will do whatever you want them to do ie: take you out for coffee or shopping, do household chores, crafts etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing companionship and care.

Management of this company are extremely caring and keep in touch with you. They may phone you, email you or drop in to visit you.
